1. Purpose of Samples
Samples provided by Lime Green Products Ltd are intended solely for customers to evaluate the colour and texture of our products. They are not suitable for application or installation purposes. Colour samples are approximately 40x50mm and are finished with a broken or scraped finish for uniformity in the various colour but only in one product. They provide a good basis for choosing the colour for your project but we recommend creating a sample panel on site using the product and trades that will be doing the work so as to determine the final choice.
2. Ordering Samples
- Each sample is subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural composition of our products.
- Delivery will take upto 5 working days
3. No Returns or Refunds
- All sample sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for samples.
- By placing a sample order, you acknowledge and agree that the samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Limitations
- Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not indicative of the final product's performance or suitability for specific applications.
- We recommend consulting with our technical team for guidance on product suitability for your specific project needs.
5. Liability
Lime Green Products Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of sample products.
