Quality Lime Mortars
Lime Green produce our lime mortars in a state-of-the-art facility using a quality control system which is ISO 9001 certified.
The manufacturing process incorporates checks and controls to ensure consistency. Then, using our test systems, we check that each lime mortar batch is made correctly. We run long-term tests that guarantee product performance.
Before they are launched, all our products undergo extensive formulation research and testing and wherever possible, they are tested to the relevant British and European Standards. The fact is, most standards were developed for cement-based mortars, so aren’t always relevant to lime-based equivalents. Even so, we still test and evaluate each product.

CE marking
Our products are rigorously tested. Those that are covered by harmonised European standards have a Declaration of Performance (DoP). Take a look at the respective product sheets.
